| Harvey began his work as a holistic healer in
1969 when he first discovered his gift for spinal chi correction
in the Kundalini Yoga organization of Yogi Bhajan. He moved to
Hawaii in 1972 and established and operated a holistic healing
center in Hawaii from 1975-1985. In 1975, he incorporated The
Church of Living Truth (receiving 501c3 status in 1977) where
he first taught the Healing Ministry of Jesus and the gifts of
the Holy Spirit in 1978. In 1987, "The Church of Living
Truth" formed interlocking directorates with The Christian
Spiritists of the Philippines (The church founded by the first
psychic surgeon Eleuterio Terte.) The Christian Spiritists of
the Philippines reincorporated as The Christian Church of the
Living Truth in 1995 and has 65,000 members in the Philippines. Harvey received a degree in traditional Chinese medicine from the International College of Acupuncture in Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1980. Majoring in acupuncture anaesthesiology he was one of the American delegates to the Seventh International Congress of Acupuncture and was tested and awarded a Diploma signed by the Heads of the Acupuncture Associations of 13 nations. As a leader of the holistic healing movement on the Big Island of Hawaii, Harvey sponsored many healers to come to Hawaii and teach and heal at the Church of Living Truth center. He also sponsored the work of the Hawaiian Huna community and worked closely with Moorna Simeona, Momi Lum, Daddy Bray, Auntie Margaret Machado and other true masters of the Huna tradition. In the years between 75-85, He became proficient in the Touch for Health method of kinesiology, learned radionics, (He studied at the London Psychotronic Institute with Margaret Belsham, Interdimensional Sciences with Peter Kelley in Lakemont Georgia, and David Little who is now a personal physician to the Dalai Lama and lives in Dharmsala. India.) He is also proficient in Homeopathy. During these years he learned ReBirthing and was a founding member of Hawaiian Rebirth America which was dedicated to rebirthing America using spiritual breathwork. In 1986, Harvey was elected Vice-President of the Philippine Healers Circle (PHC) and co-sponsored 3 international healing conferences in Manila (1986-89.) The PHC was then composed of 42 psychic surgeons and was the largest faith healing organization in the Philippines if not all of Asia. While in the Philippines, Harvey conducted an anthropological and historical study on the origins of psychic surgery. He has written several articles on his work which have been published in magazines and periodicals; some of which have been translated into German. Here in the states, Harvey has worked with Ron Roth and Celebrating Life as a teacher and speaker. His work with Celebrating Life Ministries has consisted of teaching a group of approximately 300 highly educated eclectic Christian mystics the spiritual relationships (connecting with the Presence of the Holy Spirit) that enable Filipino healers to perform paranormal healing and teaching them how to integrate these same relationships into their own healing practices whether medical or alternative. In Europe, he is working to establish an organization to offer Seminars on Spiritual Healing as mediated by the Holy Spirit. The organization he is building in Europe will integrate several pre-existing networks into one large network Through this network, Harvey plans to introduce gifted speakers to the European public through seminars and workshops. Harvey will be delivering a series of lectures at the headquarters of the United Nations in June of 2005. Through these lectures, he will be dessiminating teachings which he discovered and documented in the Philippines and in his extensive private research. Finally, Harvey is a publisher, Internet webmaster, and multimedia artist. He has published 23 books, 17 of which are on the subject of Aramaic Bible studies, the rest are on Christian Spiritism and the Coming of the Holy Spirit.
